Moved out of here after one year because it is not a 55 "active" community. Was more like assisted living with many residents never leaving their apartments due to a variety of issues that required daily visits by nursing aides. There are very few residents even in the 55-65 range. Activities were mostly sedentary like card playing, bingo, and crafting. Very few activities for men residents. change as there were plenty of smokers on floors where the hallways reeked even after management tried covering up the smell with room deodorizers. Our visitors always commented on the "nursing home" smell of the building. While the pickle ball and shuffleboard courts look good in the pictures, they are in sore need of repair and are practically on top of each other. The monthly water bills unexplainedly increased every month. Paying an average of $75 a month was unacceptable. Management was caustic to deal with and not professional. Would not recommend this place.
