NO POOLS and BURNT BUILDING...DANGEROUS!

Villa Marina Galveston property advertises it has functioning pools, but it DOES NOT. Due to no emergency phone lines available to the pools, management has chained off all pools. It has been this way for years. Also, a building burnt down in May of 2021. Work has yet to be started. It is dangerous, with glass and bricks everywhere and encroaching on walkways. Not suitable for family living. Parking lots are riddled with huge potholes, and the laundry room machines hardly ever work. Balconies ...
have rotting wood and are also structurally dangerous.

Rude management, crappy property

Management is sooo rude, don't call about anything or they'll treat you like they'd prefer you to leave. There are bugs, walls are thin so you can hear everything, they have issues with their AC cooler, so the AC goes out often. They've had plumbing issues for about 2 months and keep sending people in our apartment to look for leaks. It's just a crap building run by crap people.
