Unprofessional management

Management is very unprofessional. They’re maintenance response is terrible, the try to avoid doing as much work as possible and they’re work is shotty. They treat you poorly with dismissive attitudes. They also advertise a pool, but they won’t let you bring a single guest with you. So you can forget inviting anyone over for a swim. There may be a few acceptable things about living there, but the rules, rent increases, and management will lessen your quality of life I assure you

I am sorry that you feel this way. Our Maintenance usually responds to all work orders in 24 hours or less. I would love to know what work was done poorly and which maintenance person did the work so I can have it corrected. As for the pool, we had to change the pool rules to no guests because we can only have 26 people with in the pool fence area at a time and 112 units with any where from 1 to 5 people in them. When a family of 5 comes and they invite 10 guests and then we have another family of 5 come and invited guests then random other family's come its not fair that there is no room for the tenants that pay to live here. They cant enjoy the pool because of all the guests that have now taken up the space. We have also had last few summers many guest break things in the pool area and its hard to get a guest to pay for damages as if its a tenant its much easier. Please feel free to come in and talk with me when I am in the office. I travel all over so ask when I will be in there ...

The complex was bought out last year. New management raised everyone's rent a month after. Rent on the 1bed apartment was raised by $100 in one shot. I don't know how much the other floor plans were raised. Then they let the complex go down hill. There are several broken sprinklers that gush and waste tons of water every day(tenants share the water bill), the pool looks like a duck pond, the spa doesn't work, there is furniture dumped around the complex (not just in dumpster area), there are ...
safety hazards, and trash everywhere. If you ask them to fix any of it they do nothing. It's just a dump of a complex, a far cry from what it used to be. It's flat out unfair what the new owners did raising everyone's rent like that and then letting there over priced living space go to crap.

I am sorry that you are so unhappy here at this Complex. My name is Tammy and am the Project Manager for this property. I do however feel you have some things wrong. This complex did not get new owners a year ago. They have had the same owners for 22 years now. However back in 2013 they did get new management! We also have not raised rents here since 2014. I am almost thinking from the sounds of this review that you are talking about the complex next door which did get new owners last year and raised all the rents. I do not now much more than that about them. Also our pool and Spa is inspected by the health department every year and it is always kept clean by our pool service. Please feel free to come into the office and discuss any issues you are having and we will gladly see what we can do for you. If there are broken sprinkler heads on the property please let the office know so that we can get them fixed. (Another reason I think you have the wrong complex tenants do not share the ...
