May 18, 2024We love our apartment, it’s very spacious and clean and had a lot of new amenities when we moved in. The complex is very cute and well maintained. Brenda the property manager is very attentive and has great communication about everything going on in the complex or when you need anything. Nice Place to Stay
November 11, 2018I really have enjoyed my stay here at Villa Monaco. The management and maintenance has always been friendly and helpful. The kids love the pool in the summer and there is nice public BBQ right by the pool. Grounds are always clean and landscape is well maintained. Quiet Community
November 11, 2018I've been here for almost 10 years. It has been a pleasure to stay here. Grounds are always kept clean by the manager and maintenance. Neighbors are friendly. Strangely Perfect
