My spouse and I love living here! The pool is always kept up and clean for the apartment community to enjoy and there is landscaping maintenance done often which I love because we enjoy walking our 1-year-old daughter around the complex and it allows her for safe exploring! Brenda, the apartment manager is very friendly, super understanding and attentive when it comes down to questions and concerns, we may have. Repairs are done within timely manner and neighbors always say hello. Definitely ...

We love our apartment, it’s very spacious and clean and had a lot of new amenities when we moved in. The complex is very cute and well maintained. Brenda the property manager is very attentive and has great communication about everything going on in the complex or when you need anything. She made our move very smooth and she’s been so nice and helpful!

I have lived at Villa Monaco for a short amount of time, and what I love most about my transition here is how kind and supportive Brenda has been to make me feel at home. Amazing place to live, Brenda is super attentive to our needs have lived here for 7 yrs. She has always been so helpful and always available and one call away. Property very secure and well taken care of. Big community feeling everyone gets along with everyone. We were able to film part of the My dream quince show for paramount plus in the building and loved to show our community

I really have enjoyed my stay here at Villa Monaco. The management and maintenance has always been friendly and helpful. The kids love the pool in the summer and there is nice public BBQ right by the pool. Grounds are always clean and landscape is well maintained. Over all very comfortable place to live.

I've been here for almost 10 years. It has been a pleasure to stay here. Grounds are always kept clean by the manager and maintenance. Neighbors are friendly. Any issues I've ever had have been resolved in a timely manner, and always with good communication from the manager. I feel safe and content living here.

I've been looking for the perfect small apartment community. This was it. The complex was not crowded at all. Most residents had plants and their personal bikes on their private balconies which made be believe the complex was very safe.
