Slowly nickel and dime you
September 27, 2021Was fair pricing at the start. Ground keepers and front office are extremely nice. The problem I had was rent being raised about an average of $65 annually including an increase in water fees, garabge fees and pet fees. It just came down to being unreasonable and showed low integrity of the business especially during times like Covid-19.Review from Apartments.com

Great location & staff
August 16, 2015This complex is well located just off a main thoroughfare and close - but not too close - to a major highway. There are groceries and shops within easy walking distance. The property is well maintained. In the 3 years I have lived here, they have replaced my older appliances with brand new ones. I wish the kitchen were bigger, but the other rooms are generously sized. The maintenance staff are excellent and the office staff are extremely helpful and follow through.Review from Apartments.com
