I’ve lived in a lot of apartments before and I can confidently say this complex is the best. Jesse and Sierra are the best team you could ask for, and they really make your experience here pleasant and make you feel like you’re home. They’re quick to understand things and are always willing to help! The location and views can’t be beat especially if you plan on commuting to the city again.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments before and I can confidently say this complex is great, maybe even perfect! Jessie the maintenance man and Sierra the office manager are the best team you could ask for, and they really make your experience here pleasant. Any issues arise? They solve it! Weird accommodation request? They understand and will help! Also I love how many shops are close by and how easy BART, freeway, and downtown access is!

Sierra the leasing manager and Jessie the maintenance manager are the greatest duo ever! Sierra is fast, knowledgeable, and honest. Jessie as well is super responsive and very helpful, and they both go above and beyond and are always very accommodating. The complex also feels more like a little community than a shared living space with a bunch of strangers. Also the location is super close to anything you could ever want. Rent here and I assure you that you won’t be disappointed!

I lived in this community for over a year and enjoyed every moment of it. Sierra is a great manager and Jessie is always available to help and fix anything. The apartments are clean, new and well located near Bart and restaurants.

Sierra was an amazing leasing agent! Very helpful and was very available during the whole moving in process. She was the reason I picked this complex over other locations. In addition Jessie has been an amazing maintenance person on site and I see how hard he is working! Thank you very much for an enjoyable experience so far.

When we first scheduled a tour at Villa Montanaro, it was a bit nerve-racking as we were moving from our old residence of 10 years. However, when we first came to the Leasing Office, Sierra was very kind and accommodating to my family and I. She answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. When we signed the lease, Sierra continued to assist in any way she could until we were able to move in. Chris, Jesse, and additional staff were also very kind and accommodating. Overall, a ...
