April 4, 2024Although the property is 40 years old , the capable maintenance staff repairs issues in a friendly , timely manner. The office staff does their job well . They do ask for a written service request , not phone call . There is lots of lawn and many trees There are both families and retired individuals here and most are genial . Many also are bilingual . Electric service is very reliable , no long outages . There are 2 bus routes going north & south about every 20-25 minutes interconnecting with ...other routes .
