Unsafe and Poor Maintenance – Avoid This Building!
September 21, 2024I would not recommend living in this building. It is old and poorly maintained, with the owners/landlords doing the bare minimum to keep the property functional. The security gate is outdated, frequently malfunctions, and is often left open. As a result, break-ins occur multiple times a year, with thieves breaking into cars parked on the property. During our stay, our car and those of several other tenants were targeted due to the lack of adequate security. There were cameras in place but they do ...not work, they are just for show. Despite this, the landlords refuse to invest in updating the security systems, putting residents at risk. Additionally, the landlords conduct invasive monthly inspections where they physically enter apartments. There is significant water damage during heavy rain, and tenants are expected to fix these issues themselves. Be prepared for deductions from your security deposit, regardless of how clean or well-maintained you leave the apartment. Given these experiences, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for better-maintained and more secure housing options.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
