If you want to have to deal with roaches, black mold, yelling in the night hours, trash and criminal activities and much moreâ€¦ then this is the place for you! They never fix anything and are not very clean about their apartments. People get away with breaking the rules.

Units have roaches!!

These units are filled with roaches and it unhabitable. Management doesn’t care about the safety and living conditions of the property and it clearly shows... I’ve lived in other apartments prior and pests were never an issue, etc. Dominium only cares about collecting rent.

I just moved in and I’m absolutely in LOVE. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I need some very minor Mantience work and it was taken care of as soon as I reported it. “DAVID P” the Mantience employee is the goat. I have NO issues.

I live in a 1 bedroom paying $700 I have a washer/ dryer and detached garage and garden tub! Property is very convient to the either 45s or 45n! 12 min away from Bush Airport. 20min away from the woodlands. You call for maintenance the issue is fixed within the next 24-48 he's if it's not an emergency if it is than with in a 1hr or 2! Property could be cleaner as far as trash and kids should be more mindful and cautious of cars. They also just started parking stickers to assure residents have ...
