It’s filthy with roaches! Management takes months to fix anything inside the house, laundry always out of order they don’t dry on first load needs a second load and expensive increases in rent % by landlord! Packages go missing all the time as the side doors are always broken. NOT recommended!

The property is beautiful! Very worth the price. The Property manager James is the best property manager I have every had the pleasure of getting to know. He was very friendly and didn't feel like a salesman like other places. We were offered lots of different options and the communication was amazing as well. You hear back extremely quickly after you apply as well. If you're considering, PLEASE give it a shot! Ask for James and you'll have the best experience!

They got all the ducuments and they review my income and ran credit which is 765 and put a hard inquiry in on my credit and declined me. Saying my income wasn’t high enough. If my income isn’t enough why would you run my credit ? Cheating me 90 dollars for application. I would suggest ppl to stay away from this Rudy manager.
