Love living here
September 14, 2023I've been here at Villa Vicente for 2 years now and have really enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is quiet, and haven't had any issues with neighbors being loud. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The apartment is the perfect size and the upgrades they made prior to moving in really make the space seem bigger and more modern than non-renovated units. I'm glad I chose this one. My only gripe being not enough places within short walking distance, but so much is still a short distance ...away.Property Manager Responded

As Shady as a landlord could get
December 2, 2022Dishonest business practices and a lack of responsiveness & accountability. Villa Vicente is an unsafe community. The trees at the property are dangerous and the community refuses to do anything about it. The management office is unresponsive and unreliable. Do not do business with this management company. Ok Starter Apartment, Wouldn't Recommend for Long-Term
April 26, 2021I lived at Villa Vicente for 3 years. There was unfortunately constant plumbing issues, specifically with the toilet. Towards the end, I felt very unsanitary in my own apartment. Also, my upstairs neighbors were very loud at night - but whenever I called security, they said they were unable to do anything about it. This is a fine apartment complex if you really need to move out of your current situ and need something temp or for a year, but I wouldn't really recommend this complex for long-term ...living. The front office people are very nice, and the laundry facilities are clean and nice, so there's definitely ups to this place!Property Manager Responded

Not bad for price...
August 25, 2015I have lived in my current apartment for 3 years now, I have never had any major issues that didn't go unnoticed. Since there are a lot of trees throughout the complex, there are also a lot of spiders, squirrels and birds. There is a gym also that is always clean and readily available. I have horrible cell phone reception and unfortunately you can only have one cable provider because of the landscape but I have to say, because of the price and location you really cant beat what Villa Vicente ...offers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
So far, so good
August 13, 2015We have been here 6 months and so far so good. They moved us in right away, last minute. The grounds are beautiful, lots of greenery and trees. It is always well maintained and groomed. Once you walk in, you're in a different world. The pool is large and always heated. Although small, the gym is open 24 hours. Also, there are grills available for all to use. This location is central to everything. It takes about 20 min max to get anywhere you need to go. The staff is very friendly and eager to ...help. This building/location has everything you will need and are looking for at a decent price. The only downside is the lack of friendly neighbors. There are many people here, but only few that are friendly enough to say hello when you pass by. Also, areas like the pool and gym can feel a bit crowded at times. Not the property it's portrayed to be
August 6, 2015I currently live at Villa Vicente and believe me, the apartments aren't worth the high rent you'll be paying. They allow anyone in here, slow to respond to noise complaints. You smell weeds all the time, there are break-ins they never tell you about, you have to hear about them from neighbors, the police are always here, the the gates are always propped open, the walls are paper thin and I could go on. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do for these apartments. But I just ...moved to LA and had to find a place quickly. Oh and another thing, they're trying all they can to get rid of long-term tenants (rent stabilization), so if you stay here for longer than a minute, they want you out so they can hike the rent even further.
