Village Arms
August 13, 2015Village arms is such a perfect place to live if you have limited budget and still want to be in a well maintained comfortable place in the center of town. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and the woman who runs the main office always greets people by name- not an easy thing to do for someone who looks over so many tenants. The grounds are very well taken care of and the interior of the apartments are recently updated making it feel clean and brand new. Pets are allowed which is great- ...most places around don't allow any pets, and amenities (water, heating, and garbage) are included in rental price which really cuts down on costs. Everything you need is within walking distance from the complex ranging from schools to grocery stores which couldn't be more convenient, and if there was anything you couldn't walk to there is a bus stop right outside of the main office. August 12, 2015Village arms is overall a good place to live. The landscaping is always taken care of, the interior of apartments are very nice and brand new and most utilities are included for a low rent price which is wonderful. I'm not crazy about the neighbors though. Everyone is very close and crammed in and they all seem to know your business, there are a lot of police raids too which as being a young woman living here mainly alone- its very concerning and unsettling.
