Disgusting
December 31, 2024These apartments are awful. They keep moving people in but don't fix anything. My apartment was in part of the fires that burned out the buildings I was moved to a crappy apartment that someone was breaking into in front of me while they moved me in, it was disgusting upon move in. And there is constantly a problem with the sink backing up with other peoples dish water. Before a few months back it was sewage water now its dirty dish water. And it's literally not mine because I had to stop using ...my kitchen sink over two months ago. Maintenance even told me not to use the garbage disposal. I can't even do dishes unless its washing them in a tub and dumping the water outside because inside it will just cause more problems. I was told that they would fix it multiple times and it never got fixed. I'm actually mad i'm stuck living in this hell hole right now. This place and apartments are terrible. The office workers don't care at all about your problems at all. They act like they are going to get things fixed and don't, I don't think maintenance even knows what the hell they are doing half the time and they no longer have an after hours emergency maintenance line. There are no amenities, the pools are filthy, the laundry rooms are broken and filthy, the work out room got turned into a prayer room thing for only one religion, the soda machines are broken and only take card, the dishwashers never, ever work, there is always trash everywhere, they barely did anything to make it look better besides a crappy teal paint job on random places around the apartments. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and don't ever move here....after living here for seven years i'm leaving. I'm not going to stay living here anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
April 2, 2023I witnessed a shooting outside my apartment! Drug war!! My car was broken into 7 days after moving here. Neighbors had witnessed hold-ups! Terrible crime rate! Police told me I should never have moved here. I moved from CA and went by the website. Reviews were not posted at that time warning me.Property Manager Responded

worst services @ VPP.
January 20, 2023I am one of the current residents. I referred one of the refugees to Block A from Dec-2022 until today 1/20/2023 they have no hot water and AC does not work as well. Whenever I have talked to their management team. They say the chiller has burned and they are working. How come they can not fix it in more than 3 weeks? The family has 6 kids and they always call and ask me why the leasing office does not fix hot water and AC. Therefore I do not recommend this place. The Worst
May 2, 2022I put 2 application in months ago and still no call or nothing. i even call up there everyday, leave voicemails and no return call. my apps been in there system well over 4 months. what a joke of a complex. glad i haven't spent any money there.Property Manager Responded
