I Love This Property

Today, my refrigerator suddenly stopped working and I was panicking about losing over $400 worth of groceries. I called the office and, as always, Brianna was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond every time I need something! Within no time, AJ and Cody from the maintenance team came by and saved the day. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the refrigerator issue, ...but they also helped ensure my groceries didn’t spoil in the process. These two are always the best when it comes to handling any maintenance issue—fast, friendly, and reliable. It’s moments like these that make me so grateful to live at Village Creek. The staff truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. August 10, 2022VCA is an affordable option in a decent part of town that is close to Denver and Boulder. It’s relatively clean, very quiet and the community is mostly made up of working class folks.
