June 24, 2025I didn’t get very much information moving into the building. Deja at the front desk is great! Overall it’s hard to get in contact with anyone when you need information and the phone system machine is too long especially if you have questions.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2025Have lived here for years and would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for an affordable apartment in a great part of town. Location is the best perk, with so many walkable stores, restaurants and more. May 1, 2025We have been residents for two years and enjoy living here and thus renewed our lease for another year. Our only complaint is the management does not keep the garage clean. The leaves and trash need to be blown out weekly. We continually track these leaves into our cars and into the elevator and halls. A messy garage can be a turn off for a potential new resident.Property Manager Responded

September 13, 2024Living here has been nice, the building is very quiet and feels safe. However, as a younger person I wish there were community events to participate in. I want to meet my neighbors and create a community where I live. If this is something you are not desiring, you will love it here.
