Our 1st year was awesome. We signed a new lease for another year and it has been a challenging first month. Our neighbors above us have been loud since the day they moved in. We have tried to get them to quiet down but to no avail. It's honestly pretty frustrating.

I live at Green Hills Apartments. The residence as a whole has been steadily declining in the care and presentation of the community areas and surroundings. We were promised upgraded out patio area, nothing has happened. The BBQ is old and needs to be upgraded but another year gone and no improvements. The back patio looks like a bomb went off: it is dirty, chairs and cushions are everywhere. The whole facility is so poorly maintained these days. It is an expensive place to live but is not being ...
maintained to a high standard anymore, pretty sad really. Won’t be renewing my lease and wouldn’t recommend anyone moving in here until they make improvements and can honestly keep the facility in good working order. Through Thanksgiving the recycling bin was overflowing and waste and garbage was blown through the garbage..I had to go and pick up some of the garbage myself.

I love everything about the community. One drawback is the noise from other tenants and lawn people, as well as a new house being built right outside our bedroom window.

The experience so far has been awesome. We love the patio that extends right off our patio doors. Deja has been incredible to deal with from the beginning. She made the move in process easy and has been there to help us when we needed anything. We look forward to our time at Village Green Hills.

I didn’t get very much information moving into the building. Deja at the front desk is great! Overall it’s hard to get in contact with anyone when you need information and the phone system machine is too long especially if you have questions.

Maintenance is generally quick to respond to requests. Staff is friendly and helpful. Both dog park areas are great but could use a little more maintenance attention sometimes.

Have lived here for years and would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for an affordable apartment in a great part of town. Location is the best perk, with so many walkable stores, restaurants and more. The building doesn’t offer the same amenities as other buildings in the area, but the price makes up for it.
