September 23, 2015So I just moved to panorama city from Maryland. I didn't know much about the area I just know that the apartments were cheap and I need to get away from here. So when I first got here they have some really cool property managers were very helpful showed me the place etc. so I signed my lease because the apartment was clean I loved the wooden floors in the living room it was nice! So I didn't get a chance to move in my stuff until the next day at midnight and when I walked in it was roaches in ...every room of the apartment. It was completely disgusting they were everywhere. So I went to my friends house and had them bomb my apartment twice ! So after also chalking up the corners and things like that I was able to fix the issue and I basically have none ! Which was good. I live in the second floor which is technically the first floor and it's extremely noisy! I hear car alarms , cell phone alarms and babies crying. It's not all day but you just get random bursts of noise through out the day and if your the type of person to like peace and quiet this isn't the place for you! Overall if you need something temporarily while you get on your feet from another state and don't mind the noise and mind fixer uppers this is a cool place.
