Great if you don't want anything handled
September 11, 2023Takes months to get repairs. Office manager does nothing. Its 2023 and still don't have online payments. Have mold in my attic but nothing is being done. Rent goes up but no improvements are done. If I was not waiting on job placement, I would be looking to move. Video Patrol- Always told not working. And its not a patrol its camera's attached to a pole. Fitness Center- There is no fitness center. Clubhouse- There is no clubhouse Security System- There is no security ...system knowledgeable leasing staff - Untrue. stop by the Village Maison Townhomes leasing office to schedule a tour.- Cant just stop by as there is a new sign on the door that says by appointment only. Will not get your money’s worth
August 6, 2023Owners are not local. They have a property manager that doesn’t manage the property. The owners of the property do not know what is going on, leassor’s responsibility are not up held. The amount of money you pay, to live in subpar environment is not worth the headache. You can find much better. Do not throw your money away at this place.Review from Apartments.com
