Pretty decent place to live
May 3, 2020My wife and I have lived here since June of 2018 and so far are pretty content. For the most part it's quiet except the occasional idiot flying up the road since it is a curvy road but no major issues. The landlord, Gwen, is the sweetest lady ever and the maintenance guy is pretty cool. Any time we have an issue which is rarely, he is there almost immediately to fix it. Definitely recommend living here and excellent choice for the price. You won't find another apartment anywhere in Fort Smith ...this nice for the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
