Great waste of money
July 29, 2022Won’t own up for THEIR mistakes and charge you so many fees. AC doesn’t work, and they won’t bother to fix it. Neighbors constantly arguing so atleast you’ll have fun seeing them fight. Absolutely don’t recommend coming hereReview from Apartments.com
Office staff are very unprofessional
March 9, 2022They never answer the phone and one time the phone was picked up and they hung up and they do not return calls. The grounds are filthy and one summer I watched a homeless man sitting under the trees scraping dirt off his legs with a knife! There is dog poop everywhere!Review from Apartments.com

Absolutely awful place to live
May 2, 2021Awful services, You will be shown a show room unit and get an old ran down garbage can for an apartment. Me and my partner moved to Wichita from out of town and couldn't move into our originally planned home. The Barclay Square staffed found a unit for us on the same day, and worked with us to get moved in immediately, showing great flexibility and willingness to help. Nope for me
January 3, 2020This place is not it, location is good however the manager is horrible not personable or presents herself the way a manager should and will falsify information, the size of one bedroom is size of 1 bedroom anywhere else, walls are thin and plumbing issues always. Price is high because of area and pool however its equal to Eastborough or any other apartment complex those may even be better all around.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2019After living at multiple local properties, I’ve realized the management at Barclay is the best! Any issues or concerns I have are addressed immediately and with compassion. This is so important considering I have 2 small children, I need to ensure everything is resolved as quickly as possible. The property manager Shauna is willing to go above and beyond whenever we need it! On top of that there are so many property improvements that have occurred recently!
