Best Choice
March 24, 2025I moved here last year after selling my home for what I intended to be a temporary stay. After living here a year I am happy enough to sign another year. Office staff has been excellent and responsive. I’ve had two issues requiring maintenance that were fixed perfectly the next day. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of parking. They did a really good job with snow removal in both huge storms we had this year. Neighbors are friendly and respectful and the apartments ...are super quiet. There are lots of choices in this area but I’m glad I picked Village Royale.Property Manager Responded

Amazing!
September 20, 2024Village Royale is a great apartment complex! The amenities are excellent, I enjoy walking on the outdoor trail and using the SALT water pool! Best complex in South County!

September 20, 2024This apartment complex is a great place to live, the staff is helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff are competent and quick! The facilities and grounds are well maintained as well. The apartments are cozy and well laid out, plus you can paint so customization is easy! The complex has a good community feel and every is very welcoming. It's a private road so no through-traffic keeps it safe and quiet. Great sense of community and amazing staff!
August 30, 2021This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! In the past I've had issues with unruly neighbors and incompetent maintenance at other complexes but here at Village Royale everyone seems really friendly. The maintenance team is wonderful! Every time I've had an issue they're out promptly to correct it. The office staff is polite and helpful every time I call. Great, until moving
January 18, 2017Absolutely loved this complex for the 2 years spent here. Upon moving, we were hit with major fees. We left the place absolutely spotless. However, the carpet needed to be replaced due to "pet stains." We did have pets, but the few accidents that occurred were immediately cleaned by the numerous cleaners we kept on hand for this reason. However, there was a 3 week stretch of issues with the AC unit being clogged and flooding the floors. The maintenance department did minimal work to resolve ...this, as seen by the 3 weeks of issues. They called Sams Cleaning services to work on the carpet. All they did was put a fan in the corner and leave. This same company is the group who determined the carpet was ruined and was the fault of myself and my roommate. We are now out the deposit and being charged $800, as well as being treated with complete disrespect by the corporate office while trying to discuss this issue. The complex is a great place to be. The onsite management is helpful. Beautiful layout and great location. Be careful with everything else going on behind the scenes though. Great until you move out
January 18, 2017We were so excited about living here because they allow large dogs and many apartments do not do that. The amenities were great and well maintained. Any time there was a maintenance problem in the unit, they sent someone over right away. 3 months before my lease was up, the air conditioner inside the unit was leaking water. We reported it as soon as we saw it as it was soaking the carpet in the dining area and hallway. They ripped up the carpet and put fans under it to dry it and they sent ...maintenance out to repair the air conditioner. I had to call them out 3 more times because the unit was still leaking. This entire clean up lasted 3 weeks before finally getting fixed. I had carpet ripped up and fans going nonstop for 3 weeks due to negligence or incompetent staff. Living there was a good experience until moving out. After seeing a couple friends leave the apartment and tell me how they got charged $1000 in carpet replacement, I started to worry. Both friends had 2 dogs, and I had one. I took extra caution and took pictures of the carpet on the final walk through, knowing that the leak we had just a couple months prior might come back to bite us. I got billed for carpet replacement, floor sealant, and a 15% administrative fee on my final bill. This totaled over $1100 and they kept the deposit. By the time the deposit was taken out, I was given 21 days to come up with 700$ or I would be sent to collections. I moved out of the unit before my lease was up, I paid my rent before the first of every month, and I could not imagine being treated this poorly. Going on my 4th year here and love it
August 10, 2016Hands down the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The property manager and leasing personnel are top notch. It is nice to feel like you are really valued and cared for as a resident and that is how my wife and I feel. The maintenance staff is also top notch, anytime we need anything they are over to take care of it right away. We have also had a few spiders this year but we just call the management office and they get the exterminator out ASAP. We just signed our 4th lease and we ...couldn't be happier!
