AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
June 24, 2025Never in my life have I ever dealt with the most rude leasing staff. They rotate the staff so often and every single one of them seem to never want to do their job. India, the manager, is the worst. They don't care about tenant concerns. They're nice until you sign your lease, then they ghost you and are rarely available.Property Manager Responded

Termites, mold, rude leasing, hidden fees, unprofessional management
June 2, 2025Had an awful time here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property. They're behind on their pest control, try to charge residents random fees not communication upon move in, are unprofessional and never have clear answers for anything, avoid responsibility, and the buildings are in awful condition with recurring mold and pests (ants, termites). September 30, 2024The maintenance staff never came to repair the issue but simply closed the maintenance request. The community office staff helped schedule a new appointment for Thursday at 5 PM, but no one showed up on time. The next day, another staff member from the community office said that the technician wouldn’t be working on Thursday. TI have no idea when someone will come to fix it.Property Manager Responded
