Noise
August 22, 2023Unfortunately I must post this review to make other prospective renters aware of the noise being created by Rumble Boxing. It radiates into the building and is a constant annoyance from early early morning and through out the day. The solution management has offered is to break the lease early or move at my expense to a different end of the building. Other tenants have expressed the same issue to management. Amazing staffs
March 31, 2023I moved in last year. I am very happy with all the staff here in Village Square. Especially the community manager, Erin is very responsive, prompt and respectful while being flexible and always smiling. She was the reason I decided to sign the lease. Even after I moved in, she continues to exceed my expectation. One time, as soon as I reported a problem in my bathroom, she immediately responded and sent the maintenance team. They showed up in 30 minutes and resolved the problem. All her staff in ...the office, Victoria, Jon and Alvin are amazing. I can see myself living here for a long time as long as Erin is here.
