Had been living hear for two years. Loved the management and any maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Then about a year ago the management changed and it has been awful. Not only did they jack up my rent by $100, but when I asked them why they said the previous property manager wasn't charging me the right price. I asked them to come fix a cabinet that looked like it was pulling off the wall in the kitchen and it took almost a month and several phone calls to get them to come.
...I was also made to wait almost 6 months to get my leaky sink fixed. The complex doesn't pay for anything so you are responsible for everything and when I had to move out two months earlier than my lease they tried to charge me to extra to let them "attempt" to find new renters. Carol "the owner" was very short with us anytime we had a question and would not budge or let us come to any kind of agreement on getting out of our lease early even though we told her several months in advance even before the busy time of year. 10/10 would not rent again. The actual rental was very nice and neighbors were great, but management made it impossible to want to stay.
