Safe Property
February 8, 2025I have lived here for a couple of years. I have no complaints. Front office staff is great and knowledgeable. New maintenance staff has helped the over all experience and usually have work orders completed with in a day when i put one in. Sad we are moving but will move back to this property.Property Manager Responded

Don't move here
April 17, 2023Apartment was not clean when I moved in. Additionally, damages marked and mentioned to staff since day one were ignored and never fixed. It took staff over 8 months for me to get a mail key and this is after consistently asking for one in person. When I wanted to complain about the management to corporate the head manager got upset and said it was not her job to be on top of all the apartments and to inform tenants of any issues within their units. Notice of entry for apartments was never given ...24hr prior and one time they let my dog out of the apartment while I was not there. On top of that 60 day notice for my lease ending was never given. I left as soon as I could and suggest the same for anyone there currently. I paid all my dues and was still sent to collections, when I called management to verify what was happening I was told I'd have to resolve it myself even though they had verified they received my funds and there was no amount owed. If I could give a lower rating I would.Property Manager Responded

Very dissatisfied

January 17, 2022Hi Mike, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. If you remember you did not pay utilities for the first couple months that you lived in your apartment. So when management moved you out of the system the charges got caught up to date and that is why they are about 60 days instead of the monthly 30 days. Only current residents can use the resident portal to make payment and only money orders can be accepted when a previous resident is paying off months of past due rent and property damages.
