    Not kept clean on grounds or walkways. Continual roach problem. Issues with transient people in and out of apts (not on lease). Often unregistered vehicles left in parking lots for long periods of time. Broken gates for months and months. Unresponsive management. Police there every week (often more). Doesn't feel comfortable or safe.

  • Awesome place!

    I am so glad we found this community for my Mom! I waited a while to post this because I wanted Mom to settle in and see how things really are. We made the right choice! The girl in the office, Lisa I think her name is was absolutely wonderful when my Mom moved in and she always makes her feel so welcome any time she is in the office. The manager is Iris and she always has the biggest smile. They just trimmed all the trees and it looks beautiful on the grounds. The pool furniture is new too! ...
    There are some minor issues with the gates and there is some wood around the dumpsters that needs to be hauled off, but I am sure it will get handled. If you are looking for a great place for your parents to retire-THIS is the spot!

  • Not enjoying my Golden Years here...

    It seems I am limited, so instead of a three paragraph letter carefully detailing this situation, I am left with the room to say, how unsafe the management knows this place is, and 3 weeks ago I too complained, yet nothing has changed and the mgmt seems unwilling, or unable to keep residents safe. One apt in building 6 has 4 young 30 and under thugs living in with a resident. She has been hospitalized for most of their stay. We are all now afraid to be out at night. Drinking, different cars ...
    all hours of the night. It is just after 3 on a monday morning, and the thugs just woke me up for the third time this week running down 3 flights and tossing beer bottles in the dumpster as they take off to do god knows what...it's certainly not a job, as none work. The drug dealing in the parking lot by non residents is easy, because both security gates are broken in the open position. The broken gates also allow for non residents to use our dumpsters, and we are the designated dump for all in the surrounding neighborhood. Until this situation is resolved, I'd check out the other properties available for yourself or a loved one as this is an UNSAFE situation, and it's only getting worse. In making my complaint to management I asked her to address these problems and let me know what she is going to do. Many residents here have also complained, so today a I am sending a letter to the corporate office to document this situation and lay the groundwork for legal actions. What I thought would be a quiet and restful place, is a frightening and scary place if you are disabled and elderly, which I are.
