good place, poor mangement
May 29, 2025i would give 0 stars if i had the option to. the place is not bad but it is the worst mangement i have ever come across. unprofessional, rude, mean, and lazy. the first year we lived here our unit became infestied with roachs after countless requests for pestcontrol and months of waiting finally somebody came. they atempted to evict us on numerous occasions and fined us for late payments even though we always payed out rent early, and when we brought this to there attention they gaslit us by ...saying we never payed and showed us incurrect payment statments and refused to look at receipts showing we were on time. our hot water was cut after they didnt pay the gas bill (it is their responsibility to pay for it). our floorboards have been broken since the day we moved in. there has been water leaking from the floorboards, we have brought this to there attention and they have yet to do anything, more people are moving out then moving in, think twice before moving in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The property manager Allen is very attentive and provides superb customer service. His communication style makes you feel like you've been knowing him forever. Heed the warnings of other reviewers
March 17, 2021The recent winter storms brought on an onslaught of several residents’ pipes freezing and other associated issues, which were met with passive aggressive emails from management as they were apparently frustrated due to residents contacting them with questions. What I have found is that in the winter and summer, electricity bills tend to be higher as insulation is non-existent coupled with the high ceilings that they flaunt as ‘vaulted.’ Maintenance is decent, though understaffed, and apparently ...overwhelmed by the flood of service requests, as when you submit a request, never expect a timely response. It usually takes days for them to respond if not a week. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for that perfect rental property because if you are looking for this one as an option, looks can definitely be deceiving. Poorly constructed
January 26, 2018They pretty much just threw this place up in a hurry. Your place will not be clean on your move in date and there will be a lot of things that will still need to be fixed. I am still having problems with my unit. I highly suggest you do a walk through of your unit before you sign the lease, BE SMARTER than me. The tile work in the bathroom is terrible and the doors for the bath room have to much space meaning when i close my door someone in the kitchen can clearly see me in the bathroom ...through the space. The flooring throughout is terrible and their communication skills are too.
