My family and I moved here 08/2020. During the past years, any time we required any maintenance in our unit, they delivered same day service most of the time. Vill of Lions gate staff and me team are efficient and friendly. The area is calm and beautiful compared to other apt complexes. We love it here.

The only downside is that the roads do not get plowed at a reasonable time. They wait until the snow fall complete stops to plow the roads. You also need to be careful when the roads ice over. They barely salt them. Other than that, the place is clean and well kept.

So far it has been very nice. Quiet community and fast maintenance. Beautiful lake in the middle of the building with a nice walking trail. There were a few things broken when we first moved in though.

Property was built with the idea of not sharing walls. Which is great because you don’t hear anything next-door. I only have people above me and rarely hear anything. Nice and quiet property! Great amenities!! - package service, pool, 24 hour access to clubhouse with pool table, shuffle board, ping pong table, arcade games. Exactly what I needed and more than I thought I wanted!!!
