November 10, 2024The buildings are not secure and anyone can easily enter the building and of course the door of my unit is locked and the cleaning of the common areas and corridors of the building is not good.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2024The rental process is flawed and to complicated. There are way too many fees tacked onto an already premium price for apartments. The pool is only open for 4 days a week and there is a $5 charge to bring a guest to the pool. There are way too many grey areas with parking and a huge financial burden if you make a mistake. Overall this place is nothing but a fee generator with misleading amenities . Oh, you also get charged $90 a month for part time amenities.Property Manager Responded
