Requested a tour, staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The complex is clean and well maintained, highly recommend to anybody looking for a place. Would definitely be living here if my plans hadn’t changed.

The buildings are not secure and anyone can easily enter the building and of course the door of my unit is locked and the cleaning of the common areas and corridors of the building is not good.

Good neighborhood and relatively safe apartment community. Maintenance service is exceptional in that it is quick and attentive. Amenities are basic and amenity fee is inexplicably rising despite basic nature of amenities. Overall, good experience.

The rental process is flawed and to complicated. There are way too many fees tacked onto an already premium price for apartments. The pool is only open for 4 days a week and there is a $5 charge to bring a guest to the pool. There are way too many grey areas with parking and a huge financial burden if you make a mistake. Overall this place is nothing but a fee generator with misleading amenities . Oh, you also get charged $90 a month for part time amenities.
