July 11, 2024The rental process is flawed and to complicated. There are way too many fees tacked onto an already premium price for apartments. The pool is only open for 4 days a week and there is a $5 charge to bring a guest to the pool. There are way too many grey areas with parking and a huge financial burden if you make a mistake. Overall this place is nothing but a fee generator with misleading amenities . Oh, you also get charged $90 a month for part time amenities.Property Manager Responded
