September 15, 2023Nice, roaches, constant leaks! This place is disgusting. The woman in the office has no clue how to run a property and is VERY rude. The common areas are dirty and sticky. Do not waste your time or money.Property Manager Responded

The property is 99% occupied by professionals who live and work in Stamford . New Tenant Experience
June 2, 2019Mina and Michelle in the leasing office were great to work with. They were both accommodating, cordial, responsive, receptive and made typically a stressful situation (moving) a smooth one. Because of them my transition was enjoyable; with so many living choices in Stamford working with them made my choice an easy one. As far facilities, when I looked at this complex last year nothing stood out; but since take over of new management the facilities are impressive especially for the location. With ...a pool being considered I’m glad I got into this complex early.Property Manager Responded

Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of Downtown Stamford
May 13, 2019I lived at the Village at Stamford for a year and had a wonderful experience. The management team is wonderful and helpful. They’re so kind and social as well. I had such a pleasant experience living there and would highly recommend it to others in the future. In addition, the location is just perfect. October 21, 2016DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I lived here for 2 years and the NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. This place is seriously a scam & management goes out of their way to manipulate residents. Management, maintenance, amenities are all terrible and a waste of money. Do yourself a favor, trust these reviews and stay away from this place...there are a ton of other buildings in the area to choose from for the same price.
