Great Location, Clean, Slow to fix problems
August 14, 2015The oven didn't work for almost a year and the manager barely sent someone to fix it after giving a 30-day notice, even though the issue was first brought up when moving in. Management change might have played a role in this. Overall, the area is nice. Very well kept landscaping, good rental rates, and close access to schools and shopping. Not the worst place to rent an apartment. Certainly the best apartments to rent in Tehachapi hands down.Review from Apartments.com
The Village
July 24, 2015The apartment is very nice, it is a two bedroom two bath on the second floor. The grounds are well maintained. It is a quite area, it is not far from the interstate. You have nice mountain views too.Review from Apartments.com
