January 20, 2026It’s a quiet place to live, and the maintenance staff provide excellent service. However, the cleaning service for the common areas can take up to months, which is a downside. Also, the air conditioners are so old that they make a lot of noise all the time.Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2025I have stayed at this community over 15 years. But during the last 5 years I have observed that the maintenance staff and management need training. They just don’t care about the residents. I have requested for a new dryer and they have me a 20 year old dryer. We requested a microwave and they provided us one that was manufactured in November 1998. We have had an issue with our shower leaking and soaking our carpet for over the last 5 years and despite countless attempts to have this fixed, they ...never address the problem.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 18, 2025Maintenance department really needs a lot of improvement. Neighborhood of apartment is nice & apartment is right in the heart of city. Lot of parks are accessible by car in less than 15min.Review from Apartments.com
