So far, so good!

The move-in process was very easy. It took some time to get into the apartment due to a waiting list, but now that I live here, I can see why there was a waiting list! The office wanted to make sure everything was perfect before move-in. Once we were given the keys, it has been great! The neighbors are so friendly, and the setting is so peaceful and quiet. Anytime an issue comes up with the apartment, the office staff is very quick to fix it. When we were first looking at the apartment, the ...
manager had just got back from Target to replace sheets for a guest who had a rock accidentally fly into the window while mowing. The staff genuinely cares about the residents of Coldstream, and I wouldn't have chosen a different place to live!

The buildings are surrounded by beautiful trees and gorgeous landscaping. Everything is well taken care of, especially the pool! The staff is friendly and very helpful too. It's so nice to be able to walk out the front door and see nothing but green grass and beautiful trees, instead of parking lots and pavement. This place truly feels like home.
