Not cat friendly
March 12, 2025Manager said I could have a pet screen. Suddenly they said I can no longer have a cat screen and that I need to take it down as it no longer matches their aesthetic.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2019I have lived here for 15 plus years...I love it. Obviously through the years, there have been many changes. Nikki, the new Property Manager is wonderful. A great place to live.
September 5, 2018I was a tenant for 10 years. The apartment was spacious, quiet and well located to shopping and resturants. The management, through out the changes remained friendly and attendant to my needs. The maintenance staff are outstanding, responding quickly when requested. They put in a small dog park for the tenants, and the pool, though small, was always fun. When i moved from the state, I recieved my entire deposit back. I highly recommend Villages at Clear Springs for your next home.Review from Apartments.com
Villages at Clear Springs - Calm and Peaceful living
August 5, 2015We leased for the second time this year and each year has been a very good experience living here. Apartment Mgr Farrah is very welcoming and an easy person to work with. She ensures that all maintenance needs and inquires are completed on time. The staff Yami and Ricardo are excellent at the work they do. The surroundings are really pleasant, I believe that's one more reason why we chose to live here. You can have a good 2 Mile run around Crowley Park. The apartments are well vented and planned. ...I am glad we were able to find a bigger apartment with the community this year and availability is usually scarce.
