3/10. Location is great, prices are too high for what is offered. Community doesn’t feel safe. Staff is forever changing. It has gone down hill quick in the past 2.5 years. Will be moving as soon as I get a house, if not sooner.

For a temporary stay, it is convenient. Has Food Lion and Harris Teeter right across the street but there is only fast food joints in this area.
