Maintenance, Thank you

My review is for the recent maintenance work that completed in my unit.
Caleb, a maintenance staff who is respectful, and quick to respond. He truly takes pride in his work affecting residents.
We requested to have our doors looked at and adjusted to stay close as the building is continuing to settle. With permission, Caleb came in, assessed and fixed our haunting doors.
He realigned, changed around a magnet and BINGO! door was straightened and remains closed.
Continuing review extends ...
beyond our unit, as the maintenance team investigated a continual buzzing noise when the secured entry door opens from within. This buzzing would be ear piercing and has known to start or make headaches/migraines worsen.
The maintenance team found and corrected the source of the issue with tenant assistance.
Overall, despite the low rating provided by other reviews; the maintenance team works hard to continually maintain a work, safe and secure residence.

Do not rent here, the members of staff will not provide you with all the information and they don’t listen to the customers. Some of the staff members are very rude and they won’t listen to the needs of the customers when they will provide you half of the information and when you challenge them, they will cover themselves by avoiding the conversation and ask you to stop bringing it up. I don’t recommend this place at all. Really bad service. The staff acts like they own the place and don’t ...
