Pest control request closed without follow-up I submitted maintenance request #15120681 for a significant cockroach increase in my unit. The order was marked completed on Sep 2 at 4:36 p.m. and closed. I was not given the pest company name, what treatment was applied, or a follow-up date. One visit is not enough for an infestation. I am opening a new request and asking for a professional treatment plan with a scheduled follow-up, not another closed ticket.

Excellent Job Had a leak in the kitchen and the maintenance guy came by and did a great job in rectifying it efficiently while maintaining great customer service. He said he was from a different branch than my apartment, but went above and beyond to ensure he executing the request. Didn't get his name, but I truly appreciate him

Thank you Yes the AC works fine even though I haven’t turn it on for a very long time. But I must say the AC maintanance guy that came here did an amazing job. But I will be back home this weekend to test run the AC to the fullest. But if I have any question I will let you know thank you.

Prompt and Effective I sent in the maintenance request and expected the matter to be addressed the next day, only to hear a knock on my door about 15 minutes after. The maintenance personnel came, he was very pleasant and in record time the things I requested to be sorted were completed. Thank you
