car care station is no longer available
April 1, 2025One of the most important reasons I chose to stay here was because of its car care station, which is no longer available. I just renewed my lease, and if I had known they were going to shut it down, I would not have renewed. The management company failed to come up with a solution, and instead of finding a way to preserve the amenity, they chose to close it down, which really hurts the tenants. There are so many other ways to handle this, but their decision shows a lack of consideration and ...competence, especially during this peak pollen season when the need for car care is even greater. If they could just put up a camera or have the complex gated, they wouldn’t have to worry about people from outside using the amenities. Everything else is great.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do It
July 9, 2024Moved in before new management & had already renewed before finding out the new management was the same management that I was running from. Problems started off immediately & I was asked to give the office a chance & I did, but was pretty much the exact same as before. Due to me being lazy, I renewed again. Second year under new management wasn’t too bad, so I renewed again & that was the worst mistake ever! Between them letting what seems like just anyone rent & they’re moving out 3-4 months ...later to the increase in property damage crimes & them not really doing anything to help mitigate the reoccurrences (cameras or making the community gated) to them restricting paying tenants access to many amenities to only when the office is open, the community is not what it used to be & unfortunately I attribute it to the management company. They may be in the process of selling, but I refuse to stick around to find out if it’ll get better or not. I’m out once my lease is up. Luxury?! It was but is no longer. My search is just like it was before moving here, anyone who isn’t managed by this company.Property Manager Responded

Poor New Owners
June 7, 2022When they were under different companies this was the place to live. Never had to continuously call the office due to no one answering only to go inside and the office people just sitting there on the computer. Overcharging for trash. Something always wrong and we cannot enjoy the amenities offered. However don’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Upped the rent price but didn’t change anything in the apartments. They use to change the filter on the refrigerators now they say it’s the tenant ...job. It’s not a luxury apartment complex anymore. Bring back the old owners. Friendly staff always willing to help. Amazing complex, extremely friendly staff, tons of parking, great amenities
February 16, 2021I work right down the street from this complex and when I was looking at multiple complexes I decided after a long day of looking at places that really weren’t all that nice I decided to check out this complex. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nice lady at the front desk and Jon who gave me a tour of the place and all the facilities. I am a younger person, and all the other places I went to I was treated as if I was just “window shopping” so to speak, nobody took me seriously except ...Job. He treated me with respect and the way any normal person should be treated. He went over all the pricing, everything was clear and upfront. No hidden fees, no weird charges, nothing. The complex is beautiful, well-kept, the apartments are clean and well built. I was very comfortable making my decision to move to this complex! Best decision ever, I recommend to anybody that this place is the place to be. Parking is also not an issue at all, every other complex I looked at you could barely find a parking spot during the middle of a workday. February 2, 2021Recently relocating from another state, and having 2 weeks to move for work, I couldn’t have stumbled upon a better apartment community! Jon and the team at VRB have been quick to assist me in the logistics, helpful in answering all of my questions, and clear in laying out all of the fine details. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful! The amenities at the community are awesome. There is everything from a game room, movie space, kitchen and dining area, to a full fitness facility and of ...course pools! We are in a convenient location 5 mins from major highways to get us to work, and not to mention 5 mins from shopping, groceries, and food!
