Not worth what you pay
April 24, 2023The units themselves look great when you move in but really it’s just a bandaid for larger issues. They lie about the yearly upgrades. They don’t listen to tenant complaints. The neighbors never pick up after their dogs. The pool is a joke. Cannot wait to move out when my lease is done.Property Manager Responded

it’s Ok..
March 29, 2022I lived here for a year and left. The property is okay. I liked my balcony in my studio apartment, but they weren’t being reasonable with the cost of rent for a STUDIO. Utilities aren’t included fyi.Property Manager Responded

You can get better apartments for the same or $100 more
December 22, 2020I’ve lived here for over a year. At first it’s nice, then you’re locked in and things go wrong here and there. Your money will be better off somewhere else - as far away from here as possible. There’s a $3,000 fee for breaking the lease, which of course, everybody signs into agreement. But THAT’S just how bad I want to break my lease (which is ending in 6 months). The neighbors are noisy, even after 10pm. Very thin walls and floor/ceiling. The hallway reeks. They paint over anything they can to ...make it seem cleaner. The oven is terrible - doesn’t let you know when it has reached the temperature you want and it’s dirty beyond baking-soda-cleaning. The police come here basically every month or 2. I’ve gotten my deliveries stolen multiple times. The gym equipment is sub par. It’s near impossible to prevent mold from affecting your unit. The washer and dryer area is decent, only because it’s open 24-hours. The staff are pretty good.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2020After showing interest the staff members were very responsive and accommodating. They answered all of my questions. The virtual tour went very well since it was during the pandemic. I enjoy the space and the balcony and can't wait to explore and use the pool and gym on site. The moving in process was flawless. Poor
November 6, 2019No one is trained properly or they change “policy” several times. The assistant manager is rude and talks down to people. Asked for a manager several times and she just informs us she IS the assistant manager and will he helping us. Took their time getting it ready then made us rush. Apartment Tour
July 4, 2019I had a apartment tour yesterday with a young lady. I do not remember her name. We went to two studio apartments. I could of asked her I was interested in 1 bedroom apartments too. I didn’t really feel satisfied with her tour after. I didn’t get the information I need and how much I would be looking at. This was my first apartment tour so I really didn’t really know what to ask. I would like to reschedule a tour again and ask more questions. The place is run by great management!
March 16, 2018I was living captive by my now ex fiancé and if it wasn't for Caitlin the manager here I would still be a prisoner in my own home. This would be a great place to live if I ever got to experience anything other then the inside for 9months because of my abusive fiancé . I highly recommend this place. I'd still be held hostage if it wasn't for the care that the people who work here put into their jobs!Review from Apartments.com

All You Need
August 18, 2015Living in New London may not appeal to most people but Shore Landing can change that! My husband and I have been here for 2 years now and it has everything we need. We are allowed to have our dog and our cat. There is a dog park for our dog to play. There is a community pool for those hot summer days. The laundry facilities are always accessible.
