I called two days in advance to schedule an appointment for 2pm to see the two bedroom. When I arrived the staff was out to lunch until 2:30. I came back and when I said I made an appointment they told me I was wrong and the two bedroom was not even ready to see yet. Also they said that what I saw online was enough. When my aunt asked questions about the rent and the deposit she recieved sarcasm and attitude. Decided to leave after they were showing nothing but disrespect to aunt and I.

My friend and I moved into Villas Apartments around October 2015 for about a year and a half. We both liked the place and our neighbors and neither of us felt unsafe as girls in our early twenties. The apartment manager, Billy was always helpful and helped us with any maintenance concern or anytime we locked our keys in the apartment. I thought it was a great first apartment, the price was great, and I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t for job changes. The only issue I had was the walls and ...
windows were pretty thin so you could hear everything and feel the temperature outside. I did recommend it to a friend and his wife and they ended up moving into our apartment after we moved out and still like living there today.

Three years ago, it was a bit quite and safer. But lately, cars have been broken, you will see drunk renters walking like crazy on weekends, couple renters fighting in the middle of the night. It got worse over the years.
