    I have lived here going on 4 years , the property was a mess when i got here and then management changed over to hispanics & they have been improving with maintenance and making sure we have a reasonable rate on rent , there is not much shooting going on or any break ins nomore like there was when they were originally called Eastwyck , there’s small playgrounds for kids not much room for that but it’s decent .. i have no issues with Insects or bugs in general . The office is not open when they ...

    These new management are completely inconsiderate of people’s time. No one is ever in the office during operating office neither do they ever answer the phone. I have a call log of the hundreds of phone calls I have made trying to reach someone from management. Left voicemails and no returns. Just complete trash community. Do your research.

    From the entire staff to the residents had been a headache. Do not move here, the maintenance team doesn’t care about the residents and the property manager doesn’t get anything fixed. Rodents and rats roam the neighborhood and seek their way into people apartments. Please save yourself the stress.

    This place claims to have washer/dryer connections but the laundry room so small, neither one can fit inside. There is a RAT problem because there is a hole in the laundry room floor that they refuse to fix. Been here 6 months & there's been at least 3 shootings outside my door.

  • Great place to live if you like rats

    This apartment is the worst place my family and I have ever lived in. They have a horrible rat problem, the roaches run rampant, there’s mold in the kids’ room, keeping the place clean doesn’t even matter. Management is aware and they don’t care. 90 degrees in the summer and our A/C keeps breaking.

    This community was recently featured on several Atlanta news reports concerning management withholding residents mail and mailbox keys. There is trash everywhere. Search this community on You Tube. This place has has lot of crime and problems. I am a current resident.

    So I moved in last year and ever since it’s been hell there’s SHOOTING EVERY SINGLE NIGHT recently there was a shooting last month my daughter got shot THROUGH THE WALL in her back were trying to move out asap but it’s just so hard to find a house we can move into it’s just not safe the OWNERS because I know there’s a few owners because the one lady told me she was “ part owner “ they know about it and ain’t tryin to fix it . Later I learned it was the new manager Krystal, & Harriet who both were very helpful. Gave me reason as to why I should make this my new home.     Management is always changing. I feel sorry for the staff that works in the leasing office. You can tell they are really stressed due to the confrontational residents and being under staffed. I was promised a renovated apartment. Instead I was placed in an apartment that was not completely renovated. No new cabinets, floor, nothing. While all the other apartments around me was getting everything new. Think they rushed me in just for money. The living room floor was unfinished wood but there was a ...
    water leak under the building which caused the unfinished wood to be wet. Took FOREVER for them to fix the problem and replace the floor. So every-time it rained the floor was wet and no one seem to do anything about it for months. During this time I had a newborn in an apartment with mold and wet floors with a very bad odor. Because of the mold problem I had to throw away my paintings and other belongings out.

    I moved her in October and this place is the absolute worst. They get you with the price and spacious floor plans but when I first moved in management could not get on the same page, had no knowledge of service animals, and never seem to have things together in the payment portal. Even after paying rent and deposits I still received invoices saying that payments were late even though I had proof that it had been paid. According to them, none of the late notices could be seen on their side. My ...
    apartment has electrical issues but I cannot request for maintenance because the portal does not work properly to allow me to do so. If you work from home make sure you have no calls after 3pm because the children are LOUD and parents are no where to be found even after complaints are sent to the office staff, they even stand on top of the storage units making ridiculous amounts of noise in the middle of the night. The trash is never empty, when people dispose of furniture it is never removed. The gates are ALWAYS broken and when they are fixed it only lasts between 1-3 days. Many of the tenants keep trash piled up on their back porches for weeks some even keep so much that’s it’s run over to your porch and I’m sure management has never seen it but if they have they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing it to continue. They only cut grass on the front and leave the backs very unruly. They don’t even have lights in the back parking lots and it gets extremely dark. And it’s no surprise but expect to plenty of gunshots. They barely deserve 1 star.
