October 11, 2024I have lived here going on 4 years , the property was a mess when i got here and then management changed over to hispanics & they have been improving with maintenance and making sure we have a reasonable rate on rent , there is not much shooting going on or any break ins nomore like there was when they were originally called Eastwyck , there’s small playgrounds for kids not much room for that but it’s decent .. i have no issues with Insects or bugs in general . The office is not open when they ...need to be at times but they do have a straight to contact phone number to make it easier , you have to use a translator at times for them to understand you but it’s okay . November 3, 2023These new management are completely inconsiderate of people’s time. No one is ever in the office during operating office neither do they ever answer the phone. I have a call log of the hundreds of phone calls I have made trying to reach someone from management. Left voicemails and no returns. Just complete trash community. Don’t move here
September 29, 2023From the entire staff to the residents had been a headache. Do not move here, the maintenance team doesn’t care about the residents and the property manager doesn’t get anything fixed. August 5, 2023This place claims to have washer/dryer connections but the laundry room so small, neither one can fit inside. Great place to live if you like rats
June 8, 2023This apartment is the worst place my family and I have ever lived in. They have a horrible rat problem, the roaches run rampant, there’s mold in the kids’ room, keeping the place clean doesn’t even matter. February 26, 2023So I moved in last year and ever since it’s been hell there’s SHOOTING EVERY SINGLE NIGHT recently there was a shooting last month my daughter got shot THROUGH THE WALL in her back were trying to move out asap but it’s just so hard to find a house we can move into it’s just not safe the OWNERS because I know there’s a few owners because the one lady told me she was “ part owner “ they know about it and ain’t tryin to fix it . May 7, 2022What a pleasant surprise!!!! I was greeted with smiles. I literally didn’t know who to speak with because all were so welcoming. Later I learned it was the new manager Krystal, & Harriet who both were very helpful. Gave me reason as to why I should make this my new home. Pictures are hiding the truth
March 9, 2022Management is always changing. I feel sorry for the staff that works in the leasing office. You can tell they are really stressed due to the confrontational residents and being under staffed. I was promised a renovated apartment. Instead I was placed in an apartment that was not completely renovated. No new cabinets, floor, nothing. While all the other apartments around me was getting everything new. Think they rushed me in just for money. The living room floor was unfinished wood but there was a ...water leak under the building which caused the unfinished wood to be wet. Took FOREVER for them to fix the problem and replace the floor. So every-time it rained the floor was wet and no one seem to do anything about it for months. During this time I had a newborn in an apartment with mold and wet floors with a very bad odor.
