Love my apartment
May 2, 2025I love my apartment and the staff at Villas at West Ridge. The maintenance team responds quickly to work orders. The property manager and assistant manager Joy are amazing. All the team has a caring heart to make sure a small issue I had was resolved. The grounds are always keep up and clean. Roach, mold and poor ventilation
February 13, 2025This apartment complex is absolutely awful. I moved in with brand-new furniture, but within months, I was dealing with a roach infestation. Despite providing multiple videos and photos—some taken just this week—management continues to deny that there’s a problem. I have seen roaches in my food, on my clean dishes in the dishwasher, and all over my kitchen counters. I can’t leave anything out without it being covered in roaches, and yet management says I don’t have an infestation. The pest control ...they’ve sent hasn’t worked at all, and the same ineffective treatment keeps getting repeated. The kitchen smells awful from the roaches, and the mold problem is just as bad. Maintenance wiped the window seal once, but the mold came back quickly, and it's getting worse. I have provided pictures showing the mold’s return. The windows sweat so badly at night that I wake up to puddles of water on the floor—this is unacceptable. After receiving a code violation from the compliance department, management claimed they fixed the issues, but nothing has changed. One of my rooms is constantly freezing, no matter how high I turn up the heat, and maintenance says nothing is wrong with it. Because of this, I had to move my baby out of that room, and we now all sleep in one room, using the other for storage. The management here is incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and refuses to address any of the ongoing issues. After giving a construction eviction notice, they had the nerve to ask me for additional rent. This apartment complex is poorly managed, and the living conditions are disgusting. I strongly advise you to find somewhere else to live.Property Manager Responded

March 17, 2021If the thought of hearing conversations from apartments around you annoys you this won't be the place for you. I didn't find out until getting settled in that I would literally be able to hear the people surrounding my apartments in theirs. It's only been 3 months & I work from home primarily so I hear everything. The upkeep of the property could be better. I realize other residents have no respect and are filthy as well as don't care. The rodents that are around could be prevented if people ...would clean. As far as the leasing staff so far no issue. I have had a maintenance issue where it took a month to be fixed. The gates when we first moved didn't work but for me it wasn't a huge deal breaker.Property Manager Responded

Great staff!
July 29, 2019Mrs. Tracee, the leasing manager, is so sweet and doesn't mind putting her employees and tenants in check when necessary. The assistant manager, Alba, will do anything for her tenants. The leasing specialist Shay is very knowledgeable about the property and hasn't even been there a year yet. There is never an issue with their attendance at the office or courtesy to residents. This begins my third year here, and I've enjoyed every minute! They all, including the maintenance staff, take time ...to get to know you as a resident and a person. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION /THEY DO NOT CARE!!
January 22, 2016When I first moved in everything was fine UNTIL I started seeing roaches!! There were roaches in the kitchen, the bathrooms and even in my drawers!!! It took months to get rid of the roaches!! Also, I have NEVER been late on rent, but there was an issue one month with rent and never received a letter or ANYTHING! They started the eviction process without sending any notice or even a phone call!!!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR RESIDENTS This place is nice, but definitely not worth more than ...$1,000. Villas At Westridge
August 27, 2015I just moved to Villas at Westridge at the beginning of this month. The experience so far as been pretty good. The apartment is very quiet for the most part. Every time I have called someone has answered the phone. I normally just call and ask to speak to Darrius because I have been dealing with him since I first applied and he has been amazing. But, overall the staff is very nice including maintenance. The issues that we listed on our inspection when we first moved in were fixed immediately. ...I have dealt with bugs in other apartments and I am happy to say that I haven't dealt with any bugs in my apartment. August 18, 2015It's the superb location for convenient travel to Metro/Downtown Atlanta,with diverse restaurants, stores, and recreational activities which fill your eyes on your journey. The ground areas are "manicured for the Gods," while the leasing staff always show gratitude towards residents by frequent and consistent gifts and customer service events. The luxurious courtyard style pool, air conditioned gym area, plus 24 hour access business center only polishes my spacious two bedroom/two full bath ...apartment home.
