May 17, 2018These apartments as far as maintenance don't fix anything! Like take literally Years to fix anything, but make sure to collect rent on time . Staff isn't organized , they don't keep up with there tenants rent or work orders so make sure you keep all receipts & make copies of everything . Walls are really thin , can't have kids because neighbors complain about everything . Not such a safe environment . The park is all messed up & dirty . They don't open the pool until summer is basically over. ...Worst staff, maintenance ! Place itself is pretty big & not that bad . May 5, 2018No se renten en este lugar. Muy mala administración, el mantenimiento pésimo. A mi departamento nunca le pusieron las puertas de los closet de las habitaciones. Desde que llegué las puertas de los closet del baño Master están rotas, nunca las cambiaron. El storage del balcón lo dejaron clausurado y nunca me lo fueron abrir. Esta repleto de cucarachas el condominio, y así muchísimos problemas mas. Por más que hablas en la oficina para que vayan arreglar las cosas y mejorar las condiciones de ...vida, son pocas las veces que lo hacen para mo decir casi ninguna. November 20, 2015Just moved in a few months ago and If it wasn't for the conveyance of the walk ability to local stores and clinics, I would not be here! Poor management, slow maintenance, very noisy, disrespectful neighbors, no security ( like they promised!!), and they never close the security gates defeating the purpose of living in a gated community!!! apartments are poorly sound proofed if at all!!..and the kids run around like its a free for all instead of using the designated park!!No supervision!! Doesn't ...appear to be any curfew or noise ordinance, ppl can be loud and disrespectful all hours of the night and management doesn't seen to care! As long as tenants pay there rent they don't care what you do. Kids break into the laundry and postal facilities. So if your looking for an unsafe and noisy, disrespectful environment to live in, this complex will be perfect! If you would rather have peace of mind and quiet living I would recommend looking elsewhere!! Once my lease is up, I'm gone!!!?Property Manager Responded
June 19, 2017As of July 2016 we have upgraded our management. Our community is looking really nice and clean, and we do care about our residents. Unfortunately, as management, we cannot force parents to keep track of their children. But we do have quiet hours for the community. Most of our employees do live on site, it has gotten a lot quieter. And if there is a noise problem, residents can call 311 for assistance. We have upgraded our laundry and mail room, as well as other aspects of the community. Hopefully this helps change your mind about staying, if you are still here.

Needs new management
August 6, 2015I've lived here since 2011 and the managers come and go, unorganized . Takes a couple calls and visits to the office to get maintenance to come fix things, The apartment are pretty quiet! Haven't had any real issues!
