We all know that when the daughter "visits", her mother goes from a 5 to a 10 on the crazy scale. It's funny how the 25 year old child daughter cracks the window blinds and stares at people when they're around her 'mommy's' unit. She thinks people don't notice the loser that she is. - You're sure you're the only tenant who pays rent on time? How pathetic are you. It ultimately sounds as if you're unhappy with a rent rate increase and decided to attack good people instead of moving out. Your discounted rate must have expired if you received an increase. The new "higher" rent rate must still be lower than that of comparable apartment units in the area, since you haven't moved from the date you posted the negative review and have lived at our building for about 3 years. It truly bothers me how you could be so disgustingly dishonest and malicious, in an attempt to cause damage to good people. - The reality is that the landlord is amazing. The building is affordable and has a clean and friendly environment. It is always quiet here. The house rules are followed because they are enforced. The units are large and come with garaged parking. The pool company does a good job and the laundry room is managed by a private company, not the landlord. There's a waiting list to move in for a reason. I encourage anyone considering the Sea Jay Apartments, for housing, to come and judge for themselves. I'm sure they'll find that the negative review is without merit. - p.s W....: Try not to write reviews drunk and take a writing class for your own good.
