December 17, 2020Infested with cockroaches. Won’t change carpet if you have a pet. Manager doesn’t care about your problems only about money. Washing machines and dryers: one of them or both of them are always messed up. Noisy inconsiderate people. There is rarely parking. Rent goes up every 6 months.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
September 6, 2019Let me start off with this: if you have a cat or dog, they will not change your carpet. If your floor squeaks, they will not change the floors. Loud motorcycles that drive by 5am every morning. I suggest you go invest your money somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Casa De Oro/Spring Valley area. Walking distance to schools, shopping and many choices of fast food restaurants. August 24, 2015I love the parking and my huge master bedroom. However, the price is a little high for the quality of the apartments. We could use updated bathrooms and kitchens for the price we are paying.There are too many kids running around outside at late hours of the night. I am pleased with this apartment enough to stay here. It is in a great location, close to stores, and the freeway. Great management and maintenance workers.Review from Apartments.com
