DO NOT RENT HERE!
April 18, 2025DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING HERE! It’s cheap yes! And what’s the saying you get what you pay for?! The water has been shut off 5 times since living here in the past 3 months. They notify you by email 1-2 hours prior saying it will be shut off for 5-6 hours due to an “emergency” . Not only is this frustrating it’s inconvenient because you aren’t able to shower, wash hands, cook, flush the toilets NOTHING! They give you the option of showering in the office which is a bathroom open to anything ...with only a curtain covering.. what I don’t understand if the water is being constantly being shut off for HOURS at at time why is this situation not being fixed. It seems they are putting a bandaid over the problem instead of actually fixing it and the residents are the ones suffering because of this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2025I really appreciate the caring of the maintenance team hear for during one of the service calls while I was napping they came in here in my apartment and noticed right away of the gas smell in which they found the leak and took care of the problem immediately. The leak was coming from the fixture behind the dryer. I really appreciate their quick act for that could have been a very bad ending of my life if they hadn't respond at the moment that they did. November 25, 2024I have just been here 2 weeks as from the day of this review so take that into consideration. So far management has been cordial, prompt in their responses, excellent. My apartment is very clean and I do my best to maintain it that way. No roaches and bugs. Some of apt appliances were out of order but was resolved as soon as I reported it. Just as we are keen on giving negative feedback when management is terrible, we should be eager to give the praises when they do their job properly. Kudos to ...the management at villas at 6300.
