September 29, 2025Although this is decent area to stay in and the apartments are nice. But the elevators are constantly down. This time, they’ve been out of order for months. We received an email a month ago stating they would be up within 2 weeks and they’re still down. Also the lights on our court yard, are on the wrong timer. September 8, 2025My experience living in this property over the past year has been quite positive. There are far more advantages than disadvantages. I hope this continues as I enter my second year here. Aside from the noise from the pool area and the difficulty of finding a parking space in the garage, everything else has been excellent for me. I hope the management considers a unit with a single car to some with multiples who are either permanently parked or interchange to reserve unreserved space for ...themselves.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025I have lived in Houston for three years and this is my third apartment. I have renewed my lease for another year because I am happy with the staff and the maintenance crew. I have two dogs and I’m very picky about residents who do not pick up after their dogs. I have to say that the dog park remains pretty clean, not always because of the residents, but I feel the day porter does a great job with keeping everything cleanProperty Manager Responded

August 9, 2025I’ll never get over how they took near 2 weeks to fix my broken AC. Now we also see rats on the stairs and the garage since refuse to fix the trash chute. On top of that the elevator don’t work…Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025My overall experience has been pretty good. I would request the trash chutes being reopened, as I’m not a fan with trash sitting outside my door for hrs. This attracts bugs. Also, the office staff could be a little friendlier. As I’m sure they’re nice women. They tend not to speak, let alone look up when someone walks in. May 28, 2025People here are very welcoming and supportive but the apartment itself could use some improvements. We’ve noticed some trims from the bottom walls it seems like the apartment got soaked or something happened that the trims looks expanded.
