Poor mmgt

The property and amenities are ok, the leasing admin is pretty terrible.
They are generic at best and make this place rather uncomfortable to live in. They don't want to help or have any emotional connection.
The apartment is generic, low quality paint, the tenet before me wrecked the place and b/c of that I don't have an overhead fan in my bedroom.
The paint is SUPER cheap and already broke from the water in the tub.
Additionally, they charged us a fee due to a clerical error, despite that ...
fact that I contacted them immediately once I knew of it. I can guarantee I won't recommend this place to anyone due to the admin incompetency.

Recently a new management took over the management and they do not have any clue about the deposit paid by the residence here except for the paper documents. When asked about my deposit to know what it is used for they gave a lame reason saying it might have been used for letting you move in to the apartment :/ buy the old management said it would be used to cover the move out charges. This current management is not willing to contact them to know any details and they say it is non refund but ...
cannot be used to cover move out charges of any. They just don’t want to find it out nor want to provide any information on my deposit paid.
Also another issue - I stopped by the office to know what is the procedure to move out. A lady in the office I believe she is the main person in the management here asked me to schedule an appointment with her assistant and I had to come back again just to book an appointment but even then her assistant didn’t even try to look for the available dates but just asked me to come again just before move out!! this information could have been given to me when I first went to ask about it. They just don’t listen to what we are trying to say, they have the rule by heart and will just spell that out, will make us to come again and again wasting time.
Very unfriendly management. Very disappointed about my deposit and move out appointment scheduled management.
I would give negative rating!

The entire staff here is very friendly, neighbors too. The floorplans are awesome, I love the keyless entry and the provided washer and dryer. It's a pretty quiet community, not alot of traffic and Loud music, and is close to highway (75), Wal-Mart and gas stations.
