Bad Management BEWARE
April 29, 2026This property is a FAILURE from the start ; and I mean the management. These people must be desperate for every dime that comes in. This place definitely taught me lesson because against my better judgment I completed an application that required a application fee and deposit at same time . I've heard of non refundable application fee or non refundable administrative fees but a deposit non refundable is new to me. When questioned the associate in front turn into management gatekeepers. "Mgr is ...walking property mgt is out of office mgt is in a meeting mgt will call you back mgt will email you back .. and management "Merle" never does. I think its a fake person/name. My Favorite Apartment
February 9, 2023The office staff is quick to respond. Over the three years I lived here, all my maintenance requests (4 total) were responded to and resolved within 24 hours. The layout was by far my favorite in the few apartments I’ve lived (1bed/1bath-upper with garage). The strict rules regarding garbage makes the place stay in pristine condition. The groundskeeper is always out and about making things look great. I don’t have anything negative to say about Villas at Cypresswood. Bad experience
October 29, 2019I don't understand how this place has 4.9 reviews... google has 3.3 out of 5. We are are completely unsatisfied with this place and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to this place. Our apartment was very nice until our contract was over and we were asked to pay $800 with my $400 deposit. Total of $1200 rounded. We are being charged $546 to paint the whole apartment.. $400 for mounting tvs and picture in what we called a 'home'. The staff is very friendly until you leave... ...LOL Please read other reviews else where and considering finding somewhere else to live. There are better apartments close by. Service at Villas at Cypresswood
July 16, 2018I am a first time renter and have found my walk through, question/answering, full explanation experience wonderful. They are thorough, open, honest, straightforward and candid about the details and what you can do to expedite your move in and preparation process. Will definitely recommend Sarah, Maria and MJ as associates who are kind, nice , courteous and the fact that they live on site makes a big difference to me. I give them 5 stars. Great Community
March 20, 2017I used to visit when my sister lived here before and I was so impressed with everything about this place. The great feeling of community- friendly holiday decorating competitions (awesome prizes!), pool parties and other get-togethers makes the Villas a really inviting place to call home. Beautifully landscaped grounds, spacious interiors, and FULL sized appliances (no dinky washer/dryers here!). Soon I will have the privilege of calling the Villas MY home!!Review from Apartments.com
Great Staff
March 12, 2017My family and I have had a great experience working with at least two of the wonderful women in the leasing office, Maria and Sara. Each lady took her time with us and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed or disrespected, which has not been our experience at other apartments.
