    I would give less than 1 star if that was possible! Management is all about the money, they do not care about the tenants. Apartments are not maintained and not kept up.

    The office staff is quick to respond. Over the three years I lived here, all my maintenance requests (4 total) were responded to and resolved within 24 hours. The layout was by far my favorite in the few apartments I’ve lived (1bed/1bath-upper with garage). The strict rules regarding garbage makes the place stay in pristine condition. The groundskeeper is always out and about making things look great. I don’t have anything negative to say about Villas at Cypresswood. I was fortunate enough to ...

    I don't understand how this place has 4.9 reviews... google has 3.3 out of 5. We are are completely unsatisfied with this place and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to this place. Our apartment was very nice until our contract was over and we were asked to pay $800 with my $400 deposit. Total of $1200 rounded. We are being charged $546 to paint the whole apartment.. $400 for mounting tvs and picture in what we called a 'home'. The staff is very friendly until you leave... ...

    I used to visit when my sister lived here before and I was so impressed with everything about this place. The great feeling of community- friendly holiday decorating competitions (awesome prizes!), pool parties and other get-togethers makes the Villas a really inviting place to call home. Beautifully landscaped grounds, spacious interiors, and FULL sized appliances (no dinky washer/dryers here!). Soon I will have the privilege of calling the Villas MY home!!

    My family and I have had a great experience working with at least two of the wonderful women in the leasing office, Maria and Sara. Each lady took her time with us and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed or disrespected, which has not been our experience at other apartments. We are hoping to call the Villas at Cypresswood soon and will definitely recommend them to anyone with a family!!

  • Run Away Fast

    Yes nice property but have been here 2 years and GFI receptacles keep tripping, flooded because of overflow from upstairs AC and all they did was cut the carpet, remove the pad and shampoo that area. Kitchen sink fixed 3 different times. Rent goes up big time each year. Deposit, well guess what, they will find a way to not give it back. I left the place better than when I got it and lost $600. For the $$ there is many more options out there better.
