September 3, 2024I have been trying to contact the leasing office for months now at no avail. I have been here for 2+ years, never been late on rent, very minimal calls to maintenance, and here it is when I am trying to end my lease, which they are aware of, they are seemingly unavailable and not responding to vmails or emails. What type of operation are you all running over there. This is very unacceptable and while I would have fully recommended you all in the past to anyone, I am having second thoughts as the ...lack of communication speaks directly to your professionalism. Spacious apartments
December 21, 2021Decent apartment complex to live but there are many things that they can work on. Apartments are nice and very spacious. Kim that works in the office is very nice and helpful and you can tell she genuinely cares about keeping people happy. All neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Most the time the complex is pretty quiet but at times is can be extremely noisy. Super loud cars leaving at all hours of the day coming in and out all night long. They do yard work very very early in the morning ...so we are always randomly woken up to loud leaf blowers and I wake up early. And the yard work takes most the day so if your working from home expect to have background noise for half the day. Some maintenance gets fixed quickly but some stuff takes a long time and you constantly have to contact them to get it fixed. Location is convenient but sometimes highway 6 can get pretty loud. The trash valet to me is ridiculous, it is a requirement that you pay for it but more often then not they do not even pick up your trash. Excuses like bag not tied properly or too heavy are often used as to why they won’t pick up the trash. I would not put a trash bag out if it was too heavy. It would take them the same amount of work as just taking the trash instead of leaving a little note. I hate waiting for them to pick it up so I take it to the dumpster myself most the time anyways. The entry gates are constantly broken and another issue is that people will often drive in behind you when coming through the gates when you open it so you never know who could be coming in. Pool is nice and always free of people. The gym has 3 machines in it so you can’t do much. They are working on the recreation room in the main building so hopefully it comes out nice! If Kimberley was not working here I do not think we would have moved in. She is awesome and made the transition easy!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 22, 2021I love this apartment complex BUT the pool is not well taken care of. The fountain looks disgusting, one whole side is completely covered in mold which is leaking into the pool. The pool itself looks clean but when you get in you can see mold and dirt on the bottom and on the walls. The lights inside the pool can't be touched because you get shocked every time and get a burn on your leg or foot AND someone broke the sink in the ladies bathroom over the winter and it has not been replaced. ...What used to be a beautiful pool has become a sad place to come enjoy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
