Awful management

The management has been awful here, starting off with our move in, where we found water damage and a leaking dishwasher, to which our management responded by claiming it was fine when they visited the house last. We have been contacting them about safety issues regarding a door that does not lock properly, which was also ignored. Managers are never easy to get a hold of and are consistently rude despite not doing their jobs. My advice: pick any other place to live, save your money and sanity

I was looking for a community a bit closer to work (West LA) and found The Villas and Matthew the property manager. He helped us through the rental process despite me having to push back the move-in date because of a traveling responsibility. We couldn't be happier.
Our apartment is very spacious...I think around 1400 sq. ft. My wife LOVES the kitchen and bathrooms - and that makes me happy!
Private rooftop patio is a nice touch and the hardwood made us fall in love.
I would recommend this to ...
anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable community.
