The best first apartment and management!

We lived at Villas at Lakewood for about 3 years. I truly enjoyed my time there. We enjoyed having a pool and liked the fact that the building provided parking.
The managers make a great team! Jaz was always very helpful and quick to address any issues. Her husband does a great job cleaning and maintaining the property.
The only reason we moved was to be closer to work and have more space. I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends.

My first ever apartment, from the time I moved in to the time I moved out they made sure everything was smooth and accommodating. They were always quick to take care of any issues that we brought up and always found a way to work around our busy schedule. Appreciate management and their thoughtfulness and for always making the complex and it’s tenants their priority. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND this apartment!

The manager is very helpful and quick to attend to any problems. The grounds and common areas are kept clean. I liked the convenience of having an assigned covered parking spot. Pool was also a plus. Great place to call home!

They need keep up with getting things done. The maintenance people are not good at fixing things. You put in a request to get things fixed considered it never getting done.
